FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT TO ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE

The outstanding and delivered demand upon the constitutional monarch Elizabeth II - as the holder in trust - of my original biirth certificate; having been created through custom and tradition; and, therein, preserved and protected by the United Kingdom's constituted Coronation Oath of the monarch - to protect and preserve the Peoples in justice and mercy, so help her God - remains a matter of Mandamus right; namely, at my birthdate, Decmber 27th, 1932, this original birth certificate was seized into possession of Elizabeth II in absence of Free Prior Informed Consent of my birth parents - among the oldest family lines of Quw'utsun Kwa'mutsun Nation State Coast Salish Peoples - and, today, despite my continued protest to this evident unjust claim and enrichment by the EIIR Crown Canada of my right to register my original birth certificate within the absolute monarchy of Quw'utsun Kwa'mutsun Nation State, these matters remain outstanding; including, but not limited to my speaker / shqwi'qwal's 2005 Letter of Notice to Elizabeth II - which is registered at the United Nations under the Chapter VII, Charter provisions; postscript.

HENCE, ON THIS ANNIVERSARY DATE OF INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S RIGHTS RECOGNITION

I - HRH STITUMAATULWUT HWUNEEM - remain committed to achieving my customary and traditional right to possession of my original birth certificate; and, I shall continue to prosecute my rightful claim upon EIIR Crown Canada until this matter is resolved to my political and legal satisfaction in an expeditious and just matter through traditional indigenous courts and within accepted parameters of international law, covenants, doctrines and declarations in matters of human, civil and political rights provisions, as the Creator demands. And, further, I refer all parties to the continuous "genocide" references as made throughtout the Canada Indigenous Peoples Truth And Reconciliation Commission's December 2015 Final Report.
